uniRASE® G4-A is UNICHEM’s high-performance dry erase coating, engineered to outperform polyester film and porcelain alternatives across every key benchmark — cleanability, colorfastness, and durability under real-world misuse.

Flexibility & Impact Resistance
Formulated for today’s evolving manufacturing requirements, uniRASE G4-A remains fracture-free on 90-degree bends and shows zero compromise under direct or reverse impact conditions that cause porcelain to shatter and polyester film to delaminate.

Hardness & Edge Performance
uniRASE G4-A meets hardness, scratch resistance, and 20,000-cycle eraser abrasion specifications and goes further. Where porcelain requires cosmetic treatment after panel cutting, uniRASE G4-A delivers minimal to no edge flaking off the shear.

Cleanability
When subjected to ballpoint pen, crayon, and permanent marker, uniRASE G4-A achieves complete removal, including with standard Expo cleaner and 409. Porcelain and polyester film fall short.

Description

uniRASE® G4 is a premium white dry-erase board coating engineered to outperform conventional dry-erase technologies across every critical performance metric.

Unlike porcelain or polyester film alternatives, uniRASE G4 delivers exceptional flexibility, remaining fracture-free on sharp bends and impact, with no delamination. That formability makes it ideal for wall panel applications that don’t require framing.

When panels are cut to size, uniRASE G4 exhibits minimal edge flaking compared with the severe edge deterioration seen in porcelain products. And where polyester laminates blister and lose adhesion under high humidity, uniRASE G4 holds stronger, erasing cleanly with no cleaner required after 7 days at 85% RH.

Long-term performance is equally impressive. After accelerated aging at 140°F, uniRASE G4 maintains complete erasability, with no ghosting, staining, or cleaner needed. Polyester films can’t say the same.
